At Las Vegas Muslim microschool, we are more than just a learning center — we are a community rooted in faith, service, and a deep commitment to nurturing the whole child. Guided by Islamic values such as compassion, knowledge, and community, we invite you to join us in shaping a safe and spiritually enriching environment for our students, inshaAllah.

Please see the details on both Paid and Volunteer positions below.

Volunteer: Learning Coordinator

Volunteers are the heart of our school community. As a Learning Coordinator, you’ll offer your time and presence to support students in both academic and character development. You will work alongside the Learning Coach to assist in daily activities. Whether helping with reading, assisting with projects, or simply offering a listening ear, your contribution will reflect the Prophetic example of service and sincerity (ikhlas).

Ideal for parents, community members, or future educators looking to give back in a meaningful way. Flexible hours and training provided.

As we launch and grow our community-based microschool for homeschoolers, we’re looking for Learning Coaches to join us in these foundational years who are ready to nurture young minds, support families, and grow alongside us from the ground up. This is more than a job: it’s a chance to shape a learning space rooted in Islamic values, academic excellence, and compassionate connection.

Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience in education, we welcome applicants at all levels. We're especially looking for experienced educators and mentors who are excited to grow with us as our program expands. These early team members will have the opportunity to help shape the foundation, and may grow into Lead and Head Learning Coach roles as we evolve.

What you'll do as a Learning Coach:

  • Support students in following their personalized, parent-selected curriculum
  • Guide academic progress through small group learning
  • Maintain a calm, respectful, and engaging classroom environment
  • Offer weekly feedback and observations to help families track progress
  • Embody and model Islamic adab (etiquette) in all interactions

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Grounded in Islamic values and adab
  • Kind, patient, and dependable
  • Passionate about working with children of all abilities
  • Open to collaboration, growth, and feedback
  • Interested in long-term impact and community-centered work

Whether you’re an aspiring educator, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), a homeschool parent, or a seasoned teacher, we’d love to hear from you. This is a paid opportunity with room for growth—and a chance to make a real difference while serving our ummah.
