Islam • Science • Technology • Engineering • Art • Math
Our Thursday iSTEAM Enrichment Day is a hands-on, project-based learning experience designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving—through a distinctly Islamic lens. This enrichment day is already included as part of our regular weekly program, so families do not need to apply or register separately. Thursday iSTEAM days are optional, but highly encouraged!
What is iSTEAM?
The original STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) education encourages children to think critically, experiment boldly, collaborate with peers, and explore real-world challenges through creativity and inquiry. Our “i” represents Islam, grounding each activity in purpose, ethics, and reflection.
By blending these subjects rather than teaching them in isolation, iSTEAM helps students:
- Build, design, experiment, and innovate
- Think like engineers, scientists, and innovators
- Apply academic concepts in fun, meaningful ways

An Islamic, Camp-Style Experience
Our iSTEAM day combines the excitement of camp-style learning with the grounding of Islamic values. Students rotate through immersive, hands-on stations such as:
- Qur’an-inspired engineering builds
- Nature and science explorations tied to signs of Allah’s creation
- Art projects rooted in Islamic design
- Collaborative challenges that strengthen teamwork and character
- Qur'an Bootcamp-style initiatives
Each activity nurtures awe of Allah, curiosity, responsibility, and a love for learning.
Why iSTEAM?
Our iSTEAM Enrichment Day supports the whole student by strengthening:
- Critical thinking and creativity
- Academic understanding and application
- Teamwork, confidence, and independence
- Islamic character, ethics, and reflection
iSTEAM is included in our weekly schedule as an enrichment day focused on the practical application of learning—allowing students to explore academic, spiritual, and creative ideas in meaningful, hands-on ways.
