A structured learning space for Muslim homeschoolers, rooted in faith, built with intention, and powered by people who care deeply about our youth.

Whether you’re a parent, a seasoned educator, or someone who simply wants to serve with purpose, we’re looking for both paid and volunteer team members who want to grow with us from the beginning.
✨ Volunteer Role: Learning Coordinator
Some of our most impactful team members aren’t on payroll, they’re in the classroom with love in their hearts and sincerity (ikhlas) in their service.
As a Learning Coordinator (Volunteer), you’ll:
- Support students in small moments of learning and growth
- Assist with daily lessons, projects, and transitions
- Be a grounding presence beside the Learning Coach
- Model compassion, attentiveness, and presence, just as our Prophet ﷺ did
This is ideal for:
- Parents looking to engage
- Community members ready to give back
- Future educators seeking meaningful experience

💼 Paid Role: Learning Coach
Starting at $12+/hour based on class size
As we prepare to launch and grow, we’re looking for Learning Coaches to help build our program from the ground up.
This isn’t a typical classroom role.
You won’t be delivering scripted lessons, you’ll be walking alongside each child as they follow their own customized academic plan. You’ll guide learning blocks, support emotional growth, and bring a calm, structured rhythm to the room.
You’ll be part of something that feels different—because it is.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide academic learning in small group formats
- Support students in their individually tailored curriculum
- Maintain a peaceful, respectful classroom flow
- Provide weekly feedback and observations to help families track progress
- Reflect Islamic adab (etiquette) in tone, words, and actions

- Kind, calm, and dependable presence in the classroom
- Passionate about elevating children of all abilities
- Dedicated individuals from Parents to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) to Seasoned Educators
- Those seeking long-term, purpose-driven work
We’re especially seeking mentors and educators ready to shape the early years of our program—and potentially step into Lead roles as we expand, InshaAllah.
